Q1: What is Rayark Pass?
Rayark Pass is a new service for Rayark players. You can access all online games by Rayark with a single Rayark Pass account. For now, VOEZ players can use Rayark Pass to manage their friend rankings and enjoy challenging each other. More features regarding managing your various game data are on the way in the future to Rayark Pass.
Q2: Is my Rayark Pass account and password the same as those of VOEZ?
Yes, they are the same.
Q3: Which games can I sign in with my Rayark Pass account?
Currently, you can log in to VOEZ and Sdorica with Rayark Pass.. In the future, you'll also be able to log in to the official version of Soul of Eden.
Q4: If signing into different games with the same Rayark Pass account, can I see all my friends from different games in one list?
No. Rayark Pass will list in-game friends and followers' from different games separately for each game.
Q5: If signing into games with different Rayark Pass accounts, can I see all my friends from different games in one list?
Unfortunately, if signing into different games with different Rayark Pass accounts, you won't be able to see all your friends from different games onto one list.
Q6: What is Rayark Pass ID?
Because players are allowed to edit their nicknames in Rayark’s games, in order to let others recognize you easily, your Rayark Pass ID will be displayed on your friendlist.
Rayark Pass ID consists of 2 parts: one for players to customize, the other one assigned by the system, which is displayed as "Player Nickname" # "System assigned 4 digit number".
The default ID is rayarkplayer # 1111. "Player Nicknames" can be edited only once, but the "System assigned number" cannot be changed.
Q7: Any rules for customizing the Rayark Pass ID nickname?
1. Length must be between 3 - 12 halfwidth characters.
2. First letter can only consist of English letters.
3. Second letter and so forth can only consist of English letters, numbers, and underlines.
4. "Guest" and "rayarkplayer" are invalid names, regardless of capitalization.
