Google 旗下 Android 系統商店平台 Google Play 今日發生服務異常，包含《Fate/Grand Order》、《原神》在內的熱門手機遊戲皆發布公告，表示由於 Google Play 服務異常，因此玩家們可能遭遇到儲值異常的問題。
《原神》公告內文如下：
親愛的旅行者： 由於 Google Play 服務異常， 部分旅行者遇到了遊戲儲值異常的問題。
工程師會儘快完成維護工作。 非常抱歉對各位旅行者造成不便， 感謝各位旅行者的諒解與支持。
