《虹彩六號 4》正式命名

　　遊戲廠商 Ubisoft 在《虹彩六號（Rainbow Six）》遊戲網站上正式公佈最新的《虹彩六號》作品名稱：《Rainbow Six: Lockdown》。

　　從遊戲網站上的影片我們可以看出遊戲是設定在 2009 年 7 月在北非阿爾及利亞，玩家將扮演反恐特殊部隊：虹彩小隊（Team Rainbow）的小隊長 多明哥"丁"查維斯（Domingo "Ding" Chavez）以及狙擊手 Dieter Weber 來執行反恐怖行動，遊戲模式將有單人戰役模式以及虹彩小隊模式；而 PS2 版本以及 Xbox 版本將會有些地方不同，PS2 版本有可使用分割畫面或是網路連線的方式來分別扮演傭兵以及虹彩小隊成員連線對戰的對抗賽模式（Rivalry Mode），而 Xbox 版本將會有使用 Xbox Live 上網連線，讓玩家自行規劃任務行動，並從任務表現中得到技能成長以及額外裝備的生涯模式（Career Mode）。

　　遊戲中採用可讓遊戲表現更逼真的「布娃娃（ragdoll）」系統，而且可使用快速命令選單或語音指令來指揮另三個由 AI 控制的隊友；敵人的 AI 也會更加進化，他們將懂得運用側翼包抄、火力壓制、房間肅清等戰術來對付玩家；遊戲中還會有可偵測出人員移動的動態追跡器、破門鎚，以及以色列 IMI 生產的 MTAR-21 "Tavor" 小型突擊衝鋒/步槍等新武器及裝備供玩家使用，另外還新增了防風護鏡視角，護鏡上會展現出塵土、雨水或水滴等附著在表面的逼真視覺效果；以及會讓劇情更顯張力的聲音效果，像是拾級而上踩著樓梯發出的聲音或是人質求饒的聲音等音效。

　　《Rainbow Six: Lockdown》預計將在明年春季於 PC、Xbox 以及 PS2 等平臺上推出，請拭目以待。
