《F.E.A.R. 戰慄突擊》將推出導演版

　　遊戲廠商 VU Games 官方網頁上刊登出榮獲本屆 E3 官方評審獎最佳動作遊戲（Best Action Game）獎項的《F.E.A.R. 戰慄突擊（F.E.A.R.）》將會推出導演版本（Director's Edition）的產品資訊。

　　此套《F.E.A.R. 戰慄突擊》導演版跟標準版本的不同之處在於導演版採用容量較大且安裝不需要換片的 DVD-ROM 光碟片，而標準版則是 CD-ROM 光碟片格式；此外導演版另有以下專屬特色：

‧『解除機密後（Declassified）』的歐瑪（Alma）訪談實錄
‧遊戲製作幕後花絮影片（Behind the Scenes Documentary video）
‧遊戲開發團隊之圓桌會議影片（Developer's Roundtable Commentary video）
‧採用 FEAR 遊戲引擎所製作的遊戲引擎動畫影片集（F.E.A.R. Machinima episodes）
‧由 Dark Horse Comic 所製作的《F.E.A.R. 戰慄突擊》漫畫書
‧購買玩家有機會成為金彩卷（Golden Ticket）得主
‧增加便利性的設計 - 所有遊戲安裝程式集中在一片 DVD-ROM 光碟裡

　　目前《F.E.A.R. 戰慄突擊》預計將在 10 月 18 日於北美地區上市，標準版與導演版的建議售價分別為 49.99 美金（約新台幣 1597 元）與 54.99 美金（約新台幣 1757 元）。
